Prise en charge à un aéroport

We need to know your flight number.
If you come from America, please doublecheck your arrival date as most flights arrive on the next day.
The driver will wait at the terminal after the custom and luggage area holding a card with your name.
The trip lasts at most 50 minutes for CDG and 40 minutes for ORY.

Prise en charge à une gare

We need to know your train number.
The driver will wait at the end of the platform holding a card with your name.
If you arrive at Gare de Lyon or Gare Montparnasse please be sure not to go downstairs or upstairs.
The trip lasts at most 30 minutes.

Clients de Paris Perfect

Le chauffeur appelera votre hôte après votre prise en charge. For early or late arrivals, key service is charged Array euros.

Deposit

For some rides, we might request a refundable deposit of approximately 10% of the fare.
This amount will be deducted from your final payment.

When to book

To schedule a ride we request to be contacted at least 18 hours in advance if by email or 1 hour if by voice or text, conversely you may book up to one year in advance.

Cancelling and rescheduling

There is no problem with rescheduling of cancelling your trip as long as it is at least 18 hours in advance.
While we might be comply with a late-notice rescheduling or cancelling we cannot guarantee that.
For short notices it is best to call or text Victor directly (see below).
